Current clients are welcome to book appointments as needed using the calendar below.
If you would like to work with Nic, you are welcome to join the waitlist and will be contacted when availability opens. To join the waitlist please complete a referral.

The things you need to know
What:
55 minute Occupational Therapy sessions (longer for assessments).
Delivered via telehealth, with limited availability for home visits.
Who:
Adults who are autistic and or AUDHD, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified.
I also warmly welcome adults with intersecting identities, including LGBTQIA+ people, migrants and people with other disabilities.
We do not provide services for children or teens.
Where:
Kintsugi OT is based in Newcastle, NSW.
Most sessions are delivered online via telehealth, allowing us to support adults anywhere in Australia.
Home visits are available in the Newcastle area, depending on clinician availability.
All telehealth sessions are conducted via Google Meet.
How:
Therapy is personalised and grounded in practical, real world outcomes.
We draw from Occupational Therapy and nervous system frameworks to support sustainable change.
How much:
NDIS rate: $193.99 per hour.
Travel (for home visits): $96.99 per hour.
Kintsugi OT charges $230.00 + GST p/h for private fee paying OT and $250.00 p/h + GST for clinical supervision.
How it works
Step 1: The enquiry
The first step is simply to reach out.
You can do this by completing the contact form or booking a discovery call.
Please double check your email address so we can get back to you without delays.
Step 2: The referral
Complete the referral form.
Once received, we’ll send you a welcome email with a link to book your first appointment.
Step 3: The booking
Use the booking link to choose a time that suits you.
All clinician availability is shown in the booking system, so you can book without back and forth.
Step 4: See you online (or at your home)
Most sessions are completed via Google Meet.
You’ll receive a secure link after booking. At your appointment time, simply click the link and we’ll meet in a private, confidential space.
Home visits are available in the Newcastle area, depending on availability.
