Pricing Information

We aim to keep pricing simple, transparent and in line with funding body guidelines.

    • Services are charged at the current NDIS Price Limit of $193.99 per hour.

      As per the NDIS Price Guide effective 01/07/2025, all NDIS travel is charged at 50% of the professional rate, plus kilometres as outlined in the price guide.

    • Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) typically require 12–14 hours of clinical time. This includes information gathering, travel, assessment, liaison with your team and report writing.

    • Home and Living assessments (e.g. SIL, SDA) may require additional time, depending on complexity and supporting evidence requirements.

  • Private occupational therapy services are charged at a rate of $210.00 per hour, including face to face and non face to face time.

  • Department of Veterans' Affairs referrals are charged at the DVA gazetted rates, as outlined in the official DVA fee schedule.
