Pricing Information

We aim to keep pricing simple, transparent and in line with funding body guidelines.
If you're unsure which pricing applies to you or would like a personalised estimate, feel free to get in touch.

    • Services are charged at the current NDIS Price Limit of $193.99 per hour.

      All NDIS travel is charged at 50% of the professional rate, plus kilometres as outlined in the price guide.

    • Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) typically require 15 hours of clinical time. This includes information gathering, travel, assessment, liaison with your team and report writing.

    • Home and Living assessments (e.g. SIL, SDA) may require additional time, depending on complexity and supporting evidence requirements.

  • Private occupational therapy services are charged at a rate of $220.00 per hour, including face to face and non face to face time.

  • Occupational Therapy supervision services are charged at a rate of $220.00 per hour, including face to face and non face to face time.
