Kintsugi OT is a telehealth first occupational therapy provider, delivering services to adults across Australia.
From February 2026, in person appointments will also be available at our clinic based at the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Suicide Prevention Centre in Charlestown, NSW.
Home visits are offered within a 30 minute radius of Charlestown, supporting clients across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region.

Services are charged at the current NDIS Price Limit of $193.99 per hour.
All NDIS travel is charged at 50% of the professional rate, plus kilometres as outlined in the price guide.
Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) typically require 15 hours of clinical time. This includes information gathering, travel, assessment, liaison with your team and report writing.
Home and Living assessments (e.g. SIL, SDA) may require additional time, depending on complexity and supporting evidence requirements.

Private occupational therapy services are charged at a rate of $210.00 per hour, including face to face and non face to face time.
