Nic - Principal Occupational Therapist
Iām Nic, an autistic Occupational Therapist and the founder of Kintsugi OT.
He graduated with an Honours degree in Occupational Therapy in 2015 and works exclusively with autistic adults. His approach bridges clinical reasoning with lived experience, particularly around sensory processing, executive function, fatigue, PDA and burnout.
Outside of work, he enjoys coffee, yoga and hiking. He is a husband and father of two and cares deeply about building a life that is regulated, sustainable and grounded.
His work centres safety, nervous system stability and autonomy. He does not believe people need fixing. He believes environments, expectations and supports need adjusting.
